Follow my top three exercises four days a week and your legs will be stronger than ever.

1. Kettlebell swings-

This dynamic move elevates your heart rate while strengthening your legs, especially the glutes and hamstrings. I love this move for weight loss as you’re incorporating cardio and strength training at the same time. Try 3 sets of 15 reps starting with a moderate weight, 15 pound kettlebells.

2. Stability Ball Hamstring curls-

This move increases abdominal engagement along with focus on hamstring and glutes. Try 2 sets of 25 reps for best results.

3. Side lunges-

Side lunges are one of the best injury prevention moves that strengthen your quads, glutes, and muscles that will help you become a faster runner or walker. Start with 3 sets of 15 reps on each side.
