This Arbonne protein smoothie recipe has it all…delicious pumpkin spice flavor that is perfect for fall, fiber to keep you full for hours, clean soy-free and dairy-free vegan protein that will help you stay strong and lean, and it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals.
Before we get into the recipe, let’s talk about the ,,benefits of pumpkin! Pumpkin is high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals while being low in calories and high in fiber. It’s also a great source of beta-carotene, a carotenoid that your body converts into vitamin A. Because pumpkin is high in vitamins A, C and E, it can also help boost your immune system.
Arbonne Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 cup unsweetened vanilla ,,almond milk or coconut milk
6-8 ice cubes
Optional ingredient add-on:
- Add ½ frozen banana to make a heartier post-workout snack.
- Sprinkle a couple of chopped pecan on the top
- Add all ingredients into your blender. Blend well until smooth and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
