What to Expect: Your trainer arrives with all necessary equipment. Expect a personalized workout designed for your specific space – whether that’s your living room, garage, or building’s gym. Sessions are tailored to your fitness level with real-time modifications. Your trainer will assess your space on the first visit and create effective routines, customized to your body that work within your home’s layout.

What to Wear: Comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in – no need to dress up for the gym! Supportive athletic shoes are essential. Since you’re at home, you can keep it simple with your favorite athleisure. Have a towel handy as we’ll get your heart rate up.

What to Eat: Light fuel 60-90 minutes before training. Since you’re home, you have easy access to your kitchen – a banana with almond butter, overnight oats, or a small smoothie work perfectly. Stay hydrated throughout the day. We provide nutrition guidance tailored to your goals.

What to Have Ready: Clear a 6×6 foot space for movement (we’ll work with whatever you have). Have water nearby and ensure good ventilation. If you have pets, secure them during the session. Your trainer brings all equipment, but if you own any fitness gear, have it accessible – we can incorporate it into your routine.

How much space do I need in my home?

We only need about 6×6 feet of clear space – roughly the size of a yoga mat with a little room around it. We’ve successfully trained clients in studio apartments, narrow hallways, and even on balconies. Our workouts are designed to adapt to your specific space, whether it’s your living room, bedroom, or building’s common area.

What areas of San Francisco do you serve?

We provide in-home training throughout San Francisco, including Marina, Pacific Heights, SOMA, Mission Bay, Noe Valley, Castro, Potrero Hill, Russian Hill, Cow Hollow, Hayes Valley, and surrounding neighborhoods. If you’re within San Francisco city limits, we come to you.

Do you need parking when you come to my building?

No need to worry about parking – that’s our responsibility. Our trainers are experts at navigating SF parking and always build in extra time. Many use public transit or park in nearby garages. We’ll never be late or ask you to deal with parking logistics.

What equipment do you bring?

We bring everything needed for a complete workout: resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, exercise mats, and more. Our trainers carry professional-grade equipment in specialized bags designed for easy transport. You don’t need to buy or store anything.

Can we train in my building’s gym or common area?

Absolutely! Many clients prefer using their building’s amenities. We can train in your building’s gym, rooftop deck, courtyard, or any common area your building allows. We’re familiar with the policies of most major SF buildings and will work within your building’s guidelines.

How much does in-home training cost?

In-home personal training sessions are $160 per session. We offer package deals for 10, 15, and 20 sessions that provide savings. Semi-private training (you and a friend/partner) is $80 per person. There are no hidden fees or travel charges anywhere within San Francisco.

What about noise – will we disturb my neighbors?

We specialize in apartment-friendly workouts that are effective yet quiet. No jumping, no dropping weights, no loud music. We use controlled movements and cushioned equipment. Many clients train early morning or late evening without any neighbor complaints.
