Personalized Program
After learning your fitness goals and assessing your fitness, Holly and our team will design a personalized workout plan tailored to your abilities. With targeted exercises, an equipment plan, and progressions, our certified trainer will guide you through workouts to help you succeed!
Training Sessions
Your sessions will take place wherever works best for you- in our studio, your home, online, or your business or senior residence. Your trainer will come to your preferred site and demonstrate proper form, provide modifications, motivate you, and guide you safely through each workout.
Session Management
Booking and tracking your workouts is super easy with our apps. Use Mindbody to conveniently schedule sessions. Our custom fitness app gives you instant access to your personalized plans, training schedule, and exercise instructions. Easily log your workouts, nutrition, measurements and progress photos. Our streamlined apps take care of the details so you can focus on reaching your fitness goals!
Nutrition Services
Get meal planning from our licensed nutritionists tailored to your needs and goals. Or use our chef services for healthy, delicious personalized meals delivered to your home. Our fitness app also allows you to easily track nutrients, calories, and macros to complement your training efforts.
Progress Tracking
We offer clients a free DEXA scan, the gold standard for measuring body composition. These painless full-body scans use advanced technology to precisely measure your muscle mass, body fat percentage, and bone density so you can track changes over time. We also regularly check body measurements and weight to monitor your progress. Our team is happy to partner with your physical therapist, doctor, or other wellness providers to ensure a fully integrated approach.
Ongoing Support
Expect check-ins, homework, and open communication with Holly, your trainer, and our staff for questions, support, or scheduling needs.
