Your ,drive to get fit and healthy doesn’t always come easy or stick around for long so it’s up to us to keep it up when motivation is low. Here are 4 quick tips to help you get motivated when you get stuck in a workout rut!nn

    1. Buy a new piece of workout gear: This can be anything from a new pair of Lulu Yoga pants to a pair of sneakers like the Altra multi-sport Solstice XT running shoes I spoke about in Business Insider or ASICS Kayano I recommended on CNET this week! Additionally, you can make this a reward for hitting a specific goal such as inches lost over a certain amount of time!
    1. Get a workout buddy: grab a friend and take a class together like my H-Method semi-private classes that include non-contact kickboxing drills to get your core burning, HIIT training, as well as bodyweight isometric hold exercises that will get you sweating and feeling great. Make it a competition if that sounds like fun!
    1. Switch up your routine: Try a new fun exercise class that excites you like the Semi-private group training classes we offer (hello, built-in friends and accountability!). You might even form a new tribe of friends there who want to take the same class together weekly!
    1. Hire a trainer: When you hire a personal trainer, you can get your workouts tailored specifically for you, have someone by your side to help you reach your goals, and have a cheerleader who is invested in your success! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is your reminder to find that thing that gets YOU excited! You don’t have to be perfect, just give it your best and don’t give up!
