Sessions are tailored to your fitness level with real-time modifications. Your trainer will assess your space on the first visit and create effective routines, customized to your body that work within your home’s layout.
What to Wear: Comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in – no need to dress up for the gym! Supportive athletic shoes are essential. Since you’re at home, you can keep it simple with your favorite athleisure. Have a towel handy as we’ll get your heart rate up.
What to Eat: Light fuel 60-90 minutes before training. Since you’re home, you have easy access to your kitchen – a banana with almond butter, overnight oats, or a small smoothie work perfectly. Stay hydrated throughout the day. We provide nutrition guidance tailored to your goals.
What to Have Ready: Clear a 6×6 foot space for movement (we’ll work with whatever you have). Have water nearby and ensure good ventilation. If you have pets, secure them during the session.
