For over fifteen years, Holly Roser has been evolving her H-Method to provide women and men across the country with a fitness program based on science and strategy that actually works. Throughout each session, participants will engage their total body while using a range of equipment to boost their metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories.
All fitness levels, regardless of prior knowledge of the Holly Roser Method, are welcome.
Three full-body moves designed to burn the most calories in the shortest amount of time. Curl while you lunge, squat and row, glute bridge and press, packing in the most movement possible, giving you the maximum return on your time.
2-3 more rounds of full body compound movements followed by intervals.
5 minutes of stretching key areas of your body to bring your flexibility back to it's optimal state.
