Your certified trainer comes directly to your home at your scheduled time, bringing all necessary equipment. Each session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and the space available. You get the full personal training experience without ever stepping foot in a gym—just effective, private workouts in the comfort of your own home.

What equipment do you bring?

We arrive fully equipped with everything needed for a comprehensive workout: dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, yoga mats, and more. Our trainers customize the equipment based on your goals—whether that’s strength training, cardio conditioning, or flexibility work. You don’t need to purchase anything.

How much space do I need?

A 6×6 foot area is ideal—about the size of a yoga mat with arm’s reach on all sides. Most clients train in their living room, home gym, bedroom, or even on a balcony or patio. Our trainers are experts at adapting workouts to any space, so don’t worry if your area is smaller. We’ll make it work.

Can I switch between in-home, studio, and virtual training?

Absolutely. Many of our clients use a hybrid approach—training in-studio when convenient, switching to at-home sessions during busy weeks, and going virtual when traveling. Your training package is flexible, and we’ll help you find the mix that fits your lifestyle.
