Our experienced trainers are experts at adapting workouts to various spaces – whether you’re in a Manhattan apartment, a Bay Area home, or a Santa Barbara beachfront property. We commonly work in living rooms, bedrooms, patios, garages, or building amenity spaces. All equipment is provided and selected specifically for your space constraints, so no permanent setup or bulky machines are needed. Many clients are surprised at how effective their workouts can be even in limited space. If your area is particularly compact, simply let us know during your consultation, and we’ll customize a program that works perfectly for your environment.

Get Ready to Workout – Here’s How

What to Expect: You can expect custom-tailored workouts to your fitness level. Our instructors offer modifications throughout each session, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing. Expect check-ins and nutritional advice from your trainers, Holly, and our dietician. You can confidently look forward to a healthier, leaner body that’s performing at its best!

What to Wear: Sweat-wicking fabrics and supportive shoes. Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.

What to Eat: Fuel your first session with a healthy pre-workout snack packed with complex carbohydrates and protein. Here are a few examples: Greek yogurt with honey and almonds; peanut butter and banana on whole wheat toast etc. For an added boost, include a source of healthy fats like chia seeds, flaxseed, or nuts. Please eat at least 1 hour prior to your session.

What to Bring: A water bottle for hydration. Additionally, you may want to bring a snack and a change of clothes.
